About the operations:
The operations of the company can be broadly grouped as under:
01. Commodities Division: Under this division we have two sub divisions, viz:
A) Imports and trading division
B) Dhall processing and downstream products division
Under the imports and trading division we import agricultural commodities and trade in the domestic market. We are well known for our integrity in the local markets and developed enormous goodwill in the markets. We are one of the pioneers in the import market in Chennai which was otherwise a predominantly localised market. It gives us immense pleasure to mention that we have now emerged to be the 2nd biggest importer of Black gram (Blackmatpe) in private sector in the whole of South India.
Under the dhall processing division we have been selling branded dhalls in bulk packs and have established good name for the quality. The market potential is huge and awaits systematic and methodical tapping. We also have downstream product viz, papads where the potential is higher and the competition is low.
We are regularly Selling: black gram, processed urid dals, urid flour, papads, industrial lubricants, building materials.
We are regularly Buying: black gram. |
